Subscription Policy
Our subscription program allows customers to receive products automatically at a recurring interval selected at checkout. By enrolling in an auto-ship subscription, customers authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until the subscription is canceled.
Customers can manage their subscription—including skipping shipments, changing delivery frequency, or canceling—through their customer account portal.
Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the online account portal or by contacting customer support.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date listed in the subscription account.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the billing date, the order may already be processed and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to future shipments only.
Shipment Processing & Cut-Off Times
Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.
- Orders typically begin processing 24–48 hours after the billing date.
- Changes, skips, or cancellations must be made before the scheduled billing date to affect the upcoming shipment.
- Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
You will receive confirmation emails when a subscription order is processed and shipped.
Returns for Subscription Orders
If you receive a subscription product you no longer wish to keep, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is resolved.
Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms, pricing, or this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes prior to their next billing cycle.
